We will only provide a refund or replacement for an item if there is a proven defect in the manufacture of that item.
Customers should contact us by phone, fax or email within 30 days of invoice date to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Items should then be returned to us in the condition in which they were purchased with an explanation of the defect, quoting the Return Authorisation Number. Returns will not be accepted unless this procedure is adhered to.
We cannot provide refunds for items purchased in error. For this reason it is important that you choose your items carefully.
